General Power Of Attorney

The GPA can give someone you trust the power to make decisions about your financial affairs. It can be as wide reaching or as limited as you wish. A general power of attorney will automatically stop being effective if you loose mental capacity and cannot make decisions for yourself. This is what differentiates a GPA from an LPA.

This document can be useful if you spend a large proportion of your time out of the country, or need immediate access to someone financial matters.
